Education being the foundation of culture, it is necessary for us to continuously define and clarify our goals of national education, and our nation's educational needs. Mahatma Gandhi's educational philosophy form the part of Swarajpeeth's dialogue on Education; namely, "Shiksha Swaraj Ki Or" or "Education for Swaraj".

We have produced a document on the basis of two national workshops on education jointly organized with National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
